Data provided via the application form on the career page will be stored for a period of 24 months from the date of your application unless:
- You request the deletion of your data earlier (see Section 5).

We do not share your personal data with third parties outside of LeadX Pro, except for our associated organisations and/or business units for recruiting purposes, and when required by law or for legal compliance. Your data may be accessible to internal stakeholders involved in the recruitment process (e.g., talent acquisition team, administration, finance teams, hiring managers, and other team members) or with contracted external hiring agencies but will not be further disclosed externally without your consent.

Data Retention and Deletion
Your personal data will be retained for up to 24 months after the application process is completed. After this period, your data will be securely deleted from our systems unless:
- You are hired, in which case your data will be retained as part of your employee records.
- You provide consent for us to keep your information for future job opportunities.
